Salon Policies

 

Dear Clients,

To help us provide the safest and smoothest grooming experience for every dog in our care, we kindly ask you to review and follow the policies below.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments without notice may require a deposit to rebook in the future.

Special Handling & Safety
Some dogs may require extra time or assistance due to anxiety, reactivity, or behavior issues.
A special handling fee may apply.
We also reserve the right to stop or refuse service if a dog becomes a danger to itself or our team.

Pick-Up Policy
Please pick up your dog within 45 minutes of receiving our "ready for pick-up" call or text.
Late pick-ups may incur a holding fee.
Kindly wait for our notification before returning — early arrivals can disrupt the grooming process.

Late Arrivals
If you’re running 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment or charge a late fee.

Estimates & Final Pricing
All prices quoted before the appointment are estimates only.
Final cost depends on the dog’s coat condition, behavior, and the time required to complete the groom safely and comfortably.

 

Phone Availability
We are often working hands-on with pets and may not be able to answer calls right away.
Please leave a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
